We are seeking to fill a general office and bookkeeping position at our distribution facility in Commerce City, Colorado. In this role, you will help answer a multi line phone, take oil orders from customers, make delivery tickets, complete delivery tickets, make daily bank deposits, post payments, help customers at the front counter with fuel and oil purchases, file and other general office duties.
The position requires 1- 2 years office experience with knowledge of Excel and Word. Excellent customer service skills in person and on the phone. The ability to multitask and work well with others in a busy office. Should be a self starter and able to complete daily tasks in a timely manner.
