Job Description Administrator plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and providing terrific customer service. Individual must be energetic team player with a friendly, positive "customer first" attitude combined with a high level of professionalism. In addition have the talent to deliver an exceptional first impression, ability to multi-task and have exceptional organizational skills. Responsibilities: Share phone answering responsibilities with other staff Assist Manage Website / Social Media / Member Management Program Take, invoice and fill form orders Assist with training as required Help with monthly statements/billing Help with golf tournaments, charity fundraisers, and conventions. Assist in office supply purchasing/form orders Qualifications: Bilingual Experience in the auto industry helpful Experienced in Microsoft Office Web page maintenance experience preferred Company Description One of the top non-profit trade associations in the state and affiliated charity providing exceptional rewarding experiences
