Job Brief

Ebode is looking for a call center representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquires while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. In addition, this successful candidate will be able to work within the scheduling department that coordinates with our technicians and clients. The ideal candidate will also have essential data entry skills, such as fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner

* Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives

* Build sustainable relationships and engage customer by going the extra mile

* Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry

* Enter data from source documents into CRM

* Check completed work for accuracy

* Manage personal and team goals

* Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, participating in internal educational opportunities

Desired Requirements:

* Previous Customer Support and/or Data Entry role recommended

* Strong phone skills with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

* Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

* Strong work ethic and a self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and business environments
