Position Description: The Customer Support Representative role is vital to the continued growth and satisfaction of our company. This position takes care of our customers through phone, email, and face to face interfaces, and helps internal personnel execute key projects and initiatives. It is often the first encounter that customers have with us as they walk through our doors, and is imperative to the success of our agency. We are seeking an energetic, organized, and extroverted individual who is willing to pitch-in and help when needs arise.

This position has room to grow and may advance for the right person.

Licensing Requirements: Ideal candidates for this position possess a Colorado Insurance Producer license.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Comfortable calling and receiving phone calls from clients
• Strong listener, able to hear what the customer needs
• Interest in growing the company through strong service and support
• Escalate exceptional key account concerns to the respective sales rep.
• Handle service work as necessary
• Improve customer satisfaction, sales and retention of all lines.
• Maintain a positive and self-motivating attitude
• Possess strong computer skills and be able to multi-task (e.g., process computer functions while conversing on the phone)

Compensation: This role is paid hourly and offers flexible scheduling, as needed.
