Christian nonprofit seeks full-time Executive Assistant

Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will help to bring structure, organization and administrative support to the President. Primary duties will include a wide variety of tasks involving regular communication with others both inside and outside of the organization, coordination and management of a range of projects and regular interaction with the President and others on the Executive Leadership team. This role will require confidentiality, initiative, sound decision-making skills and independent judgment.

Executive Assistant Qualifications:
Skills required in: Microsoft Office, writing and reporting, supply management, scheduling, organization, time management, equipment maintenance, written and verbal interpersonal communication and leadership. The Executive Assistant is a self-motivator and can take direction and get results. Being able to network, lead small meetings and being active in social media is a plus.
