The Talent Acquisition Coordinator, located in our Denver, Colorado office, plays an important role providing support to the Talent Acquisition team and function. You will contribute to the overall success of the team by providing high level of customer service, administrative support, and coordination throughout the recruiting process both onsite and throughout our geographically dispersed locations.
Position Responsibilities
:Assist in coordination of all Talent Acquisition transactions to ensure the best candidate experience both onsite and throughout US office locations, including interview coordination, greeting candidates, facilitating meetings / interviews in conference rooms, schedule candidate travel when appropriate.
:Assist with entire interviewing process, from initial candidate contact to managing the candidate through the final offer process. Guide and direct the interview, offer and hiring process while working closely with HR Business Partner, Hiring Manager and TA team.
:Assist with offer letters, enter background check information into online program, email rejection letters / make phone calls to candidates as requested
:Facilitate the requisition process within ATS (Applicant Tracking System) including creation, obtaining approvals, maintenance and posting positions
:Oversee the internal and external job posting program that complies with OFCCP requirements, track all applicants in the ATS database following the EEO reporting guidelines
:Post position ads to internal website, external internet job boards (examples: Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Craigslist, etc.), and other media as requested, update position advertising on all internet job boards; expiring postings as positions are filled and renewing positions as requested
:Create and maintain job description templates within MS Word in the Recruiting shared folder based on data received from the recruitment team
:Maintain HR resume email inbox: electronically filing resumes, ads, job fair info, and other inquiries
:Directing employee inquiries to appropriate HR representative
:Respond to applicant inquiries and phone as to status of resume and candidacy
:Respond to staffing agency inquiries and phone; explain recruitment process, update and maintain staffing agency list and staffing agreements / contracts; updating as needed
:Email rejection letters / make phone calls to candidates as requested
:Assist with the collection of all paperwork from new hire and provide to HR Coordinator for Workday entry
:Coordinate, attend and promote Prologis through attendance at numerous job fairs, University / College fairs and events annually, including maintaining job fair schedules and preparation of materials
:Maintain confidentiality regarding all HR:related issues
:Ability to handle full cycle recruiting when needed
:Other duties and special projects as required
Essential Skills and Experience:
:Associates degree required
:1 + year experience in an entry level administrative role, preferably with an HR focus
:Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
:Ability to carry out specific oral and written instructions, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast:paced environment.
:Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
:Execute responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow:through.
:Customer service mind:set and a team player mentality.
:Positive, proactive work ethic and approach.
:Proven ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with customers, peers, management, contractors and vendors.
