Sat, July 8 10am - 1pm Nowadays it seems our attention is easily scattered and our mind cluttered with endless distractions. Through training in mindfulness we can reduce distractions and begin to live each moment focused on what brings us peace of mind.

Mindfulness is the art of feeling positive and connected in the present moment. When we learn how to do this, all our daily activities become deeply satisfying and meaningful. By living in the present, we free ourselves from the mental burden of worry and over-scheduled lives. We will reduce stress and anxiety, and find the natural peace that abides in our heart.

Perfect for anyone who wishes to have a centered, happy life!

With experienced Buddhist Teacher, Jason Bryant. Jason found Buddhism in 2006 in Florida during a 3-year stint as Damian Marley’s lead guitarist that drove him to find real happiness. Since then he’s served as a volunteer, teacher, Education Program Coordinator, and Administrative Director for Kadampa Centers in Florida, California, and now Colorado.
