10am - 1pm

When conflict and problems come up in your life how do you typically respond? Everyone seems to be on a short fuse these days and anger is what we use to deal with difficult situations. But this only seems to exasperate the problems. How do we step out of this cycle? Buddha taught practical and effective methods for transforming problems and suffering into causes of happiness. It may seem impossible now, but you can face conflict with a happy mind – always!

During this beginner workshop Dylan Jordan will explain the special ways of thinking and being that enable the inner experience of a peaceful and productive happiness … regardless of how things are going externally in your life. And here’s the thing: it’s easy… if we do it!

Includes two sessions with a 30-minute break in between. Refreshments served.

No previous experience necessary; everyone is welcome!

Cost: $25 (member discounts apply).
Pre-registration is preferred:

10am-11:15am, Session 1
Break for refreshments
11:45am-1pm, Session 2
