:Develop broad sets of scripts and processes to support the automation of infrastructure support activities.
:Develop broad sets of workflow automations to support ITIL v3 based support processes and flows across multiple global support teams and management roles
:Analyze system support activities for automation opportunities and prioritization
:Define and build support workflows within designated tools.
:Enable workflow actions through in depth scripting and process automation for multiple technology endpoints including but not limited to applications, OS, virtualization, cloud, storage, network and web.
:Test processes to ensure expected outcomes are achieved
:Work across extended support teams in support of their efforts to provide manual support activities while assisting to move manual activities to automated processes
Bachelor's degree with 5+ year's experience
