Position Summary: The Nurse Manager of the Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery, (NICU) provides leadership through planning , organizing, coordination, monitoring, and evaluating the care provided for patients. Responsibilities include fiscal, human resource, risk management, operational functions, strategic planning, and development of staff. Maintains 24 hour accountability. The Nurse Manager performs delegated duties consistent with the scope of practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care at Rose Medical Center.
