Job Summary 13;
Contributes to the go:to:market strategy and marketing plans for ITS Solution. Owns and continuously improves a defined specialty within Segment Strategy by establishing clear inputs, outputs, and processes. Uses intermediate to advanced research methods to perform segmentation, targeting, positioning, and recommend the marketing mix. Analyzes data, assesses market trends, conducts literature review, prepares reports, and makes essential business decisions that achieve strategic objectives. Translates business needs into actionable sales and marketing programs. Leads the campaign production team to create and maintain marketing processes and materials that align to the segment strategy. Demonstrates advanced subject matter expertise. Manages stakeholder community up to VP level through frequent communication, facilitation of business decision making, and ongoing assessment of business health.

:Support sales, marketing, and product stakeholders as a marketing subject matter expert through workshops, public appearances, account planning, and publishing.
:Facilitate business decision making among cross:functional stakeholders.
:Drive investment of marketing resources towards areas of highest priority, including research, tools, market segments, geographies, and marketing tactics.
:Assess and recommend segment to channel mapping for targeted accounts.
:Identify areas of unaddressed market opportunity and propose innovative solutions to capture the opportunity.
:Lead a marketing campaign production team.
:Produce self:directed segmentation, targeting, and positioning report on an annual basis.
:Drive continuous process improvement to accelerate time:to:market. 13;

:Able to translate high:level business needs into a clearly articulated strategy and explicit actions.

:Exceptional oral and written communications and presentation skills at the executive level and with large audiences.
:Ability to interpret and produce visualizations of data, primarily via spreadsheets and charts.
:Able to make high:stakes business decisions based on a thoroughly researched point of view.
:Excellent interpersonal skills to manage high:stress situations and facilitate progress among stakeholders.
:Background in sales, sales engineering, consulting, product management, marketing, are a plus.
