RIA, a large, expanding multi:state practice in the Denver metro area is looking for an IT leader who is customer service centric to bring the company to the next level Denver offers a wonderful way of life which includes an exciting city with national sports teams and the beautiful Rocky Mountains right next door for outdoor enthusiasts.The Senior Manager of IT will have oversight of the information technology department, including but not limited to day to day support, developing and implementing strategy and supervision/development of staff. This person recommends the best course of action for procedures, policies, systems, etc., needed to solve problems for all levels of employees. Candidates must be able to partner with applications director to deliver seamless customer service to all end user customers.Oversee day to day information technology function (including networking, telecommunications, systems administration, and service desk). Develop and implement advanced information technology strategies that place Radiology Imaging Associates at the forefront of the industry.Work with internal teams and external customers to limit planned and unplanned downtime.Ability to conduct reviews for peers and subordinates around architecture and design, and evaluate the quality of IT deliverables.Ensure seamless, best:in:class connectivity, superior customer service and problem solving for customers of RIA and its subsidiaries.Work in consultative fashion with other department heads as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness and supports the companyA?s mission and values.Understand Radiologist workflow and seek to proactively improve physician workflow and efficiency. Effectively lead, support and develop a talented information technology staff.Develop operational and capital budgets as they relate to information technology and manage costs to agreed upon budgets.Manage project assignments and work load for team members, manage requirements and recommendations for purchases of software and hardware used for RIAs IT environment Represent Radiology Imaging Associates in front of partner hospital information technology teams.Understand new developments in IT and S that have the potential to impact the work environment for Radiologists and employees, imaging data storage and distribution, etc.Improve employee efficiency and workflow through the deployment of information technology tools.Evaluate, develop and implement IT policies and procedures and equipment for maximum efficiency and cost containment.Stay abreast of trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance.Pro:actively look for and remove areas of weakness and, along with the rest of the team, find solutions to problems.Develop and maintain company Disaster Recovery Plan.Support the efforts of the CompanyA?s Privacy and Security Officer to ensure the CompanyA?s compliance with applicable HIPAA Security regulation.Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities:Direct supervision of the Infrastructure and Service Desk teams, which includes approximately 10 employees. Experience/Skill Requirements:Requires a minimum of five (5) years of information technology management experience and responsibility in a healthcare environment, preferably in radiologyHighly developed communication skillsProven track record of effectively leading, supporting and developing IT individuals and teams in high pressure environments; strong mentoring, coaching experience to lead a teams of diverse levels of expertiseAbility to partner with peers to achieve day to day and strategic goalsAbility to think ahead and plan over a 12:24 month time span; collaborative and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical initiativesAnalytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate to staff key objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goalsWorking knowledge o
