We are looking for individuals who want to start a career in our not so typical Customer Service call center. We don’t work nights, weekends, or major holidays and have two different day shifts available.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

· Field inbound and make outbound customer phone calls.

· Update member accounts with a high level of accuracy.

· Resolve payment issues while providing excellent customer service.

· Follow-up on accounts to insure proper resolution.

· Process customer correspondence and return mail when needed.


High school diploma or equivalent
1-year call center experience and/or customer service experience
Basic PC experience

Class for this position begins on Monday, January 29, 2018!
