The Frontline Transformation Team for Channel Enablement will have overall responsibility for project management and implementation of transformational initiatives that are typically multi:channel and multi:year. Projects currently include enterprise billing conversion, a CRM deployment leveraging Salesforce and a knowledge management deployment leveraging IBM Watson. They will oversee the implementation of these systems into the Consumer business, managing internal and external teams towards a coordinated deployment. This position will be accountable for overall quality in delivery and scope of projects. As part of their deployment they must build and maintain pilot and rollout strategies to over 20 sites and 200 retail stores covering 5000+ employees. They will also be required to gather input from various channel leads and SMEs to build comprehensive requirements, project plans and test plans for their initiatives. As well, the team ensures a plan is built and executed for business readiness across the various channels for incoming change. Once a solution is deployed this team will also provide sustaining operations support for the new applications. They will be responsible for developing a governance and operating model with IT and developing a new intake process around these applications.
In this role, the leader will have overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, and managing expense for their team. They will be expected to maintain understanding of the consumer business needs and challenges. They must establish strong cross:functional relationships to foster rapid deployment and alignment of strategic direction. When faced with complex business problems or ideas they look to develops feasible solutions and present options. They will evaluate the performance, career planning and development for the overall team on a regular basis.
Bachelors or Advanced degree preferred.
Requires 12 or more years of related experience and at least 6 years of management responsibility.
