  • Professional OTR truck drivers needed.
  • Plenty of miles each week
  • Out generally 6 days then home for 34 hour restart
  • Our solo drivers averaged 51 cents per odometer mile driven (1st week of January 2013)
  • An average of 2412 miles driven(1st week of January 2013)
  • Average weekly pay was $1211 (1st week of January 2013)
  • Daily pay guarantee equivalent to 500 miles a day (some restrictions)
  • Safety and fuel mileage bonus(up to 12 cents per mile eligible after 2 weeks)
  • Pick/drop pay
  • Direct Deposit
  • Eligible for benefits within 60 days
  • 401k, health insurance, aflac
  • Paid vacation.. 1 week after a year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3/5 , 4/10
  • LTL freight (15 to 20 stops a week…must be a motivated driver)
  • We pay lumpers or will pay the driver to unload. (we have a schedule so the driver knows ahead of time how much he would get paid to unload)
  • Most trucks are freightliner Cascadia double bunk condos with APU and REFRIGERATOR.
  • Pet policy($20 per month $500 deposit gathered $25 per week)
  • NO COST passenger policy(family over 6 years old)
  • Medium sized company with small company values in business since 1988
  • 100,000 miles and 2 years recent tractor/trailer experience required
  • NO DOT RECORDABLE ACCIDENTS -NO SERIOUS TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS
  • NO MORE THAN 2 MOVING VIOLATIONS IN PREVIOUS YEAR
  • Prefer LTL and OTR experience refrigerated a plus.
