Individual must possess the ability to train, mentor and motivate center staff to provide excellent education programs on our campuses.Position Overview:Training:The majority of their time is spent in schools training and coaching Educational Specialists, Directors and Educators. Additional training responsibilities include: formal trainings with teachers, development and implementation of monthly Educational Specialist trainings, as well as on boarding training of Educational Specialists. In addition, the Quality Education Specialist will monitor the CLA Academy (New Teacher Orientation) at each campus. Some training is conducted in the evenings and weekends from time to time.Health and Safety:The Quality Education Specialist ensures that schools are in compliance for local and state licensing by working with the Educational Specialist, Center Director and Regional Manager.Program Assessment:Monthly Quality Assessments of each school are completed as well as the development of improvement goals for schools and classrooms.The Quality Educational Specialist reports to the Vice President of Training. They will develop a weekly and monthly schedule based on school needs.
