Responsibilities includ answering and screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and customer relations. Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories: Calendar and independently schedule appointments and meetings.Screen incoming calls/correspondence and respond independently when possible.Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries.Develop and maintain reporting relative to project roadmaps. Exhibit strict confidentiality with all matters. Anticipate needs of the executive and act upon them accordingly.A successful Administrative Assistant will have the following:Bachelors degree from four:year college or university; and 1:2+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization.Confidentiality and professionalism.A high level of computer expertise required, including MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to be flexible and innovative in a fast paced, growth:oriented environment.
