Title: Service Management : "CSI : Associate Director"
The CSI Associate Director is responsible for the continual service improvement plans and monitoring of defined IHSMarkit services and products process.
The incumbent works as part of the Service Management organization, providing CSI services to our internal customers, Incumbents in this position will manage projects to provide CSI development services and support.
Responsible for the overall direction and success of the CSI programs. Incumbent will provide leadership to small groups while actively collaborating with cross:functional teams to ensure achievement of organization's objectives by optimizing resources and technology to improve services and products. Incumbent must have a thorough understanding of the company's business operations as well as a broad knowledge of customer/contract base.
The incumbent will have excellent knowledge and experience in Information Technology and experience in ITSM.
General Job Duties:
:CSI Program owner.
:Alignment of IHSMarkit CSI solutions aligned to business needs and to its strategic direction.
:Continuously expand knowledge of the Information Technology field and apply it to an understanding and developing of business solutions.
:Continuously strive to improve, support and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and expand services.
:Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
:Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities and styles.
:Perform other duties as required.
Specific Job Duties:
:Support, Development, Administration and Maintenance of our CSI Program and its supported products and services.
:Day to Day management of CSI activities and deliverables.
:Work closely with the wider Service Management functional to effectively design and build CSI reports, processes and deliverables.
:Develop, configure and improve CSI programs.
:Work directly with IT and business functions to Support CSI programs.
Knowledge and Skills:
:Strong abilities in ITSM functions and experience of delivery of IT Services.
:Demonstrated ability of successfully leading complex IT projects.
:Must be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non:technical personnel.
:Strong understanding of commonly used IT tools Excel, Word etc.
:Must be able to work effectively as part of a support team, foster team cooperation and collaboration.
:Must be able to effectively communicate technical information.
:Excellent facilitation skills to drive decisions
:Ability to pull together and analyze data to identify trends and issues.Required Education:
:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
:10+ years of general experience in one or more, IT functions.
:Delivering corporate initiatives by working with a global cross functional team
