Job Description 13;
:Position will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing/reporting of Customer Communication Request (CCR) forms.
:Position will engage with appropriate SME resources, field engineers and customers as required to complete customer documentation to support order booking.
:Position will also report results, quantifying impact and also serving as an early warning to new customer requirements entering the industry.
:In addition to CCR processing, position will also be responsible for portal administration which includes vetting new portal request and maintaining/assessing current portals.
:Strong business judgement and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities are required for success in this position. 13;

:Past CCR/Portal Experience
:Experience working with the GBS non:voice team
:Past management/supervisory experience a plus 13;
