Work as a part of a Federal Program Management/Proposal team that manages current contracts and responds to large RFPs. Engages on projects under direction of Director of Federal Programs and Capture. Specific Job ResponsibilitiesCompile documentation under direction of leadDetail oriented is a must; ability to maintain 100 accuracy on large, complex tasks.Must be self:motivated and able to proactively assist team.Ability to multi:task and maintain accuracy.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well on a team.Strong understanding of internet searching including Boolean searchesAbility to stay calm and focused while juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.Accurately enter information into internal systems from government requestsManage due dates of information and accurately submit responses before the deadlinesPrioritize tasks and manage time, in a fast paced environmentTake direction from collaborative team and use resources wisely to complete tasksProcess information with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency and professionalismProcess large amounts of data in systems and excel spreadsheets accurately and timely for submission to governmentMust have working knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel, Visio, CRT, etc. as well as a capacity to quickly learn and leverage other IT applications.Ability to type accuratelyAttention to detailAbility to meet multiple deadlinesStrong Customer Service skills, both in writing and verbally in meetings or phone conversationsMust have a proven history of dependabilityEducation/level of DegreeA?s Current student or recent graduate Additional Requirements Must be a US Citizen as required for government contracts.
