At TJX our growth strategy includes targeting consumers across a wide demographic in both existing and new markets. Our Sierra Trading Post business is an integral part of this continued consumer expansion. We are expanding the online brand by opening brick and mortar stores across the country. We currently have 27 Sierra Trading Post Stores with more openings planned in the coming years. To support this store growth we have an exciting opportunity for a
Field Human Resources Business Partner based outside of Denver in our Littleton, Colorado District Office. The Field HRBP will partner closely with Operations leaders including the Director of Stores, District Managers and Store Managers to execute HR programs, services and solutions which support business goals and objectives.

:Supports the execution of annual HR processes, including but not limited to Performance Management, Learning and Development , and Succession Planning
:Facilitates long:term initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda
:Partners with Corporate HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs) on relevant matters, including all associate life cycle matters
:Responds to general inquiries about HR programs and processes with judgment to escalate as appropriate
:Creates ad:hoc reports as requested requiring proficiency in Excel as well as data analysis
:Manages day:to:day transactional matters including recruiting, on:boarding/induction, transfers, benefits, relocations, separations and exit interviews
:Identifies new opportunities where HR can add value to the business
:Maintains a knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends
:Manages specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participates in functional and cross:functional initiatives
:Ensure compliance for all applicable company policies as well as Federal, State and Municipal laws

:Bachelors Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in a multi:site environment. Retail, hospitality, or service industries strongly preferred
:Developed knowledge of HR policies and processes (e.g., workforce planning and talent management)
:Ability to engage, inspire and influence people
:Appreciates and facilitates the link between HR and business strategy
:Ability to identify needs within the business that require HR support
:Comfortable providing coaching and feedback to all levels
:Effective team player with the ability to work independently in a field/remote setting
:Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
:Proficient in Microsoft Office
:Excellent time management skills and organization skills, and ability to prioritize multiple streams of wo
