:Responsible for end to end management and resolution of the following processes: investigations, corrective action, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), Reduction in Force Support, other related processes currently handled by HRBPs.
:Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors related to investigations, corrective action processes, PIP processes, RIFs, etc.
:Develops, streamlines and enhances process related to performance management.
:Acts as a liaison between line leaders and HRBPs. Interfaces with other HR COEs, Shared Services, and legal to streamline processes and standardize work.
:Provides work direction and overall process strategy for the Performance Management team. 13;

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in business or HR related field or equivalent education and experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in roles of increasing responsibility

Preferred Qualifications:
:Masters Degree in business or HR related field
:Large company HR experience in a COE / Shared Services environment
:Proven experience developing and executing HR strategy that aligns with business priorities
:Previous manager level leadership experience
:Demonstrated achievement in managing large scale projects either geographically or functionally across an org
:Hands:on experience and capability in working with both a represented and non:represented workforce
:Familiarity and/or experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies : standard work, Process Mapping, Kaizen, etc. 13;
