A leading international medical PACS provider has an immediate opening for a Project Manager. Our client is looking for a new team member who is detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as computer skills. We seek an individual who is customer focused and pro-active with the skill set necessary to drive a project to completion while maintaining project scope and customer satisfaction. This position requires a self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently and be a contributing member of the team. You can live anywhere.. ideally mid-west.


· Lead the planning and implementation of multiple large/enterprise, complex projects

● Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

● Define project tasks and resource requirements

● Develop full scale project plans

● Set and manage customer expectations

● Assemble and coordinate project staff

● Manage project budget

● Plan and schedule project timelines

● Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

● Ensure the the standards of quality and customer satisfaction are achieved while establishing amicable lasting customer relationships

● Provide a positive, cohesive company image when discussing the company, products, and management decisions with internal and external customer


● Bachelor's degree in business or related industry discipline and at least 5 years of work experience as a project manager

  • Successful management of large, multi-facility, enterprise projects.

● PMP certification, a plus – if don’t have, must obtain within a year of employment.

● Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio)

· Proven organizational skills, attention to details and negotiation

● Demonstrated leadership skills, drive and initiative


Travel required (30-50%) as directed by manager. It will vary from month to month

● Requires occasional travel on weekends
