Duties Include:

Intake, processing and maintenance of all new employment applications. Including, but not limited to, interviewing, setting pay rates, assures copies of all licenses, certificates etc are copied for the file.
Assure Fingerprints and social security card are obtained PRIOR to employee working.
Assure Background checks are ran and cleared PRIOR to employee working!
Assure 15 copies of applications and orientation packets are on file at all times.
Assure health files, I-9’s; W-4’s are ready to go at all times.
Maintain a schedule of available CPR, TB testing locations available to employees at all times.
Maintain training information for employees at all times.
Work cooperatively with the scheduling managers at all times as to need for employees.
Market for needed employees whether PT, FT, 24-hour live in etc.
Create and advertise for employment recruitment with Admin approval.
Develop relationships with organizations such as Commerce and Labor, Job Service, Staffing agencies etc for ongoing recruitment of staff.
Assist with call through’s to clients and document in Home Trak.
Assist with production and distribution of employee paychecks.
Maintain expired employee list in Home Trak and keep up to date at all times. Expired employee issues should be kept at a minimum of 25% at all times.
Prepare and conduct a minimum of 5 new employee orientations weekly.
Process, compile and maintain all new employee files, health files, tax forms and data in Home Trak.
Assist Admin with preparation and production of Continuing Education / In-Service classes monthly at a minimum.
Assure 10 each, Private Client Home books are on hand at all times.
Process and maintenance of all clients admits and discharges. Assure all paperwork is complete and signed.
Assure all data entry and maintenance of client information in Home Trak.
Assist with data entry of new clients, Authorizations etc into Home Trak.
Assure all payroll information such as pay rates, increases, deductions, withholding etc are provided in writing to the bookkeeper.
Assure Admin is updated weekly or the client to employee ratio as well as any special recruitment needs etc.
Assure Scheduling Managers are kept abreast of all changes in client or employee status, medical condition etc.
Attend and participate in the weekly case run as well as the Everyday morning meeting.
Check Company Email 3x daily.
Assist with actualizing timecards/progress notes into Hometrack.
