The Strategic Business Solutions group is seeking an Associate, Yardi Application Administrator to join our team in Denver, Colorado. The Associate, Yardi Business Application Administrator is a key member of the Lease and Property Business Capabilities team with responsibility to support routine business assistance requests, new system enhancements, and training related to the Yardi Voyager application.
:Work with business users to evaluate, analyze, validate, facilitate, and manage end user support requests and bug fixes
:Elicit articulated and unarticulated business requirements through in:person or virtual interactions
:Document requirement descriptions, acceptance criteria, and functional design requirements, as well as any associated data definitions/use cases
:Discern and apply business rules, complex business workflows, data progression, and application integrations to resolve user or application challenges, conflicts, or issues
:Test developer delivered fixes
:Assist with training business users on application functionality and newly delivered application enhancements.
:Serve as a project advisor and training resource to the business and technical teams
:Provide collaborative input for application enhancement projects
:Collaborate with solution delivery team to prioritize requirements in upcoming releases as well as the full requirements backlog
:Proactively communicate potential dependencies and risks, and provide propose mitigation plans or interim workaround solutions
:Able to work independently with minimal supervision, with equal ability to work collaboratively on a team and accept constructive feedback
Essential Skills and Experience:
:Bachelor's degree required
:2+ years of financial, business analysis, consulting, systems, and/or data analysis experience
:Experience working on application development and/or technology implementation using multiple methodologies including waterfall, Agile, and hybrid.
:Detail oriented with critical thinking skills
:Ability to effectively collaborate with key business stakeholders on solution requirements
:Instinct to ask relevant probing questions that get to the "why" behind business requests to achieve exceptional outcomes
:Work effectively with diverse teams of people with multiple perspectives and talents
:Comfortable with consensus building and soliciting constructive feedback
:Self:motivated focus on continual development, results delivery, high performance, accountability
:Proven ability to multitask, and effectively manage/prioritize time across competing activities/resources
:Strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to distill meaningful and accurate information from potentially ambiguous business descriptions
:Ability to analyze and articulate the value and cost of proposed solutions and requirements
:Advanced expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word
Desired Skills and Experience:
:Familiarity with Salesforce, Yardi, Yardi Advanced Budgeting/VMF, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Blueworks Live, Rally Software a plus
:Real Estate experience, particularly property management, preferred
:Experience working with a global company is a plus
:Customer service/support experience is a plus
