Inside Sales Agent
A top performing real estate team has a unique opportunity for a Jr. Associate Inside Sales Agent. The ideal candidate is resilient, self:motivated, driven, and nurturing.
Primary duties include outbound calling, e:mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of sales pipeline throughout the sales cycle. Opportunities for advancement include growth and training to transition into a real estate agent role, growth within the sales organization, and coaching, management, and operational opportunities.
As an inside sales agent at Blue Sky Elite Connections, you will be responsible for:
Making outgoing calls to prospective leads, scheduling appointments, and assigning appropriate follow:up plans to assist our current and future clients.
Qualifying potential clients for appointments with field agents to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics.
Accurately tracking and conveying productivity and sales metrics to management
Opportunities to move into a level 2 ISA role after the first 90 days of employment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Sales, call center, or customer service experience.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Enthusiastic, self:starter approach.
Effective verbal and written communicator.

Real estate experience is a plus, but is not required.
Level 1 ISA Outbounder: weekly flat rate + incentives and bonuses (first 90 days)
Level 2 ISA Inbounder/Cultivator: salary + commission and bonuses (after 90 days)
Leadership of inside sales: 100K+
Buyers Agents: 115K+
Listing Agents: 175K+
