The Sales Support Assistant welcomes, assists and provides information to customers either in person or over the phone. S/he is also responsible for the execution of email marketing programs and the coordination and tracking of various supplies.
:Greet customers enthusiastically and professionally, either in person or over the phone, with emphasis on representing Land Title in a way that builds customer relationships and a positive corporate image
:Answer customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner; provide information to authorized persons, or determine who can best provide the information and route the request
:Hands:on execution of email marketing programs in support of Land Title business objectives
:Coordinate and track supplies for various sales events
:Print and distribute collateral for account managers
:Order office supplies for department
:Research when needed for marketing pieces for marketing products
:Manage promotional item inventory and distribution
:Assist with Land Titles Continuing Education Program by issuing certificates, printing class packages and implementing email campaigns
:Provide back up to the rest of the department when needed

:Email marketing knowledge a plus but not required
:Solid working knowledge of E:mail, Microsoft Office Suite including mail merge, excel and word
:Real estate industry knowledge is a plus
