Job Description
The Growth Consultant position located in Denver, CO offers an opportunity for someone who enjoys developing and executing multi:tiered strategies and innovative techniques that help real estate and mortgage businesses grow. This position will focus on helping region development teams and independently owned and operated franchisees attract and retain human capital, specifically real estate agents and loan originators, to their businesses. This position may require some travel across U.S. RE/MAX and Motto Mortgage networks.

Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders and develop strategies, create Broker/Owner tools and execute tactics that promotes brand value and results in hiring quality talent
Develop recruitment strategies, content, tools and execute brand:level tactics (real estate agents and loan originators)
Develop retention strategies and tools (real estate agents and loan originators)
Provide exceptional customer service to internal region development teams : also close the loop with feedback from Broker/Owners to help support their recruiting and retention efforts
Complete data and financial analysis to understand real estate and mortgage businesses, identify KPIs and measure impact to business from recruiting and retention strategies
Create and provide training to region development teams and Broker/Owners
Must be able to use various CMS and content tools to maintain recruiting and retention materials for RE/MAX and Motto Mortgage
Manage recruiting and retention event planning and sessions as needed (Broker Owner Conference, Regional Retreats, Annual Convention, Brokerage/Agent Training, etc.)
Produce weekly deliverables that may include: CMS posts, videos, webinars, presentations, training materials and more.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
:A current working knowledge of the Broker/Owner, real estate agent and loan originator roles, challenges and opportunities
:Ability to multi:task, set and meet deadlines and conduct business with professional presence and communication with all stakeholders from front line staff to c:level executives
:Continually enhance strategies by building rapport and trust with stakeholders and create an environment to share best practices, successes and failures
:Knowledge on new and experienced real estate agent and loan originator onboarding procedures
:Possess a high degree of technical proficiency and the ability to deliver training on internal technology products specific to recruiting and retention
:Strong presentation and communication skills for large groups of professionals
:Proficient in marketing, content creation, lead funnel nurturing and sales
:Knowledge of real estate and mortgage brokerage financial statements, analysis, P and Ls and balance sheets
:Digital Marketing and SEO experience a plus
:Franchise development or business operations management experience
Qualifications:
:Business development, franchising and/or marketing experience in prior roles
:Ability to demonstrate strategy development, creating content and executing tactics that tie to metrics supporting the strategy
:3+ years of experience recruiting real estate agents and loan originators, or similar experience operating a real estate and mortgage office or business
:BS/BA/MBA degree in business, marketing, or equivalent
