The Residence Exchange is currently seeking Real Estate and Finance professionals to establish relationships with land owners and retirees to assist in building senior living cluster communities throughout the United States. This position is extremely vital to helping our organization with the our vision of placing our elderly and disabled citizens in a more desirable environment. Due to a large interest in our program, we are launching additional valuable services to reach more families.
Our Project Relationship Specialists will earn a referral fee of 3 on the sale of each cluster, 10 of the profit, and a monthly profit:sharing residual. By reaching our internal new business goal, earnings should be approximately 190,000 EVERY MONTH
In this position, you will be responsible for explaining our program to land owners and establishing a partnership for these individuals/groups to partake in our profit:sharing model producing a significant revenue stream at a 20:24 annual return with monthly payouts. We also have a plan SPECIFICALLY for those who are retiring or want to enter early retirement. With our program, individuals who have or havent began saving money, can be RETIREMENT READY in 12 months or less.
