We're a Denver family-owned restaurant/bar group that has grown from one concept and location to six unique concepts with twelve locations (plus two stadium locations): seven Taverns, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, Otra Vez Cantina, Chopper's Sports Grill, Cowboy Lounge and The Soiled Dove Underground. While we're thankful to be successful and adding new locations, that also means we need to add new Sous Chefs to help us as we grow. We are currently hiring Sous Chefs who have several years of appropriate experience, along with a strong work ethic and stable work history.

We have a scratch kitchen and put a lot of time and effort into creating a great menu that evolves as need be. Our standards are very high for the quality of food, service and comfortable environment that we provide.

There is a lot of room for advancement within our company. Many of our Sous Chefs have been promoted to Executive Chefs.
