Requirement

· At least 5~7 years of management experience in fine dining, high traffic restaurant

· Extensive wine knowledge and intermediate sake knowledge

· Experience on inventory control

· Experience on food and labor cost

· Basic accounting knowledge

· Understand how to read computer generated sales summary, and reconcile with credit card batches

· Reconcile drawers at the closing store

· POS system knowledge of CBS plus

· Strong work ethic and integrity

· Professional, friendly, team player and multi-tasker

· Detail Orientated

· Extensive background and drug test will be conducted before hiring
