Enterprise Channel Account Specialist
This Enterprise Channel Account Specialist assigns partners throughout the sales cycle and drives opportunities to a close.
:Work with and drive the opportunity with CSM, partner sales engineering, POM and other departments as needed.
:Manage all opportunities. (Includes any products for any opportunity size ex. Entire product for QC/QCC/L:EQ/CTS)
:Coordinate with T:CAS with network and hosting opportunities and order submission
:Manage the sales funnel and update Salesforce
:Assist partners throughout the sales cycle and driving the opportunities to a close
:Maintain a high level of knowledge on all products, programs and promotions.
:High School diploma, GED or equivalent education and relevant experience
:3+ years related experience
:Selling and supporting an indirect channel or partner based sales program
:Working knowledge of network based service
:Proven customer facing and negotiation skills
