The Integration Service Manager is a mid:level manager responsible for serving as the point of contact for assigned portfolios of partners and Business Development Managers (BDMs) for sales and program operational support. This position is responsible for communicating, managing, and aligning with BAMS functions and capabilities to onboard and integrate new partners and clients into the BAMS integrated payments program. The SM is accountable for ownership of issue resolution and escalation within the roles assigned portfolio(s). The SM ensures compliance with contract terms as well as ensuring appropriate follow:up communications occur with internal and external stakeholders, including collaborating with others to meet the processing requirements of each partner. The role supports the life cycle initiatives of BAMS programs by overseeing the BDMs portfolio data gathering and performance analysis as well as responding to data management requests from portfolio partners. The SM maintains a full understanding of BAMS integrated payments program and leverages that expertise to lead, train, and develop a team of individual contributors responsible for supporting assigned portfolios of partners and BDMs.
:Leverage full understanding of defined program processes to support the efficient and effective onboarding and integration of new partners and clients through documentation and support coordination with related business areas such as legal, sales, and marketing teams.
:Understand and execute the defined life cycle management processes developed for the BAMS integrated payments program.
:Know and apply the stated contractual terms and commitments to ensure service level agreements for each partner are met.
:Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues with each partner in assigned portfolio.
:Accountable for assembly of all business review documents.
:Communicate ongoing situation status to appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
:Create and maintain operational tracking logs.
:Utilize tools available to support performance monitoring and tracking to effectively manage the partner relationship.
:Collaborate with partner and internal stakeholders to set priorities that enable the partner and BAMS to achieve their mutual goals and objectives.
:Coach a team of support associates and lead in the development of their expertise of the integrated payments programs within BAMS.
