Title of Position: Restaurant Sales Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting, planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of all event functions ensuring a top:notch dining experience. The Restaurant Sales Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding the monthly and annual profit targets by producing brand:new and repeat business through referrals, phone calls, and direct mail, networking and other community marketing techniques. Additionally, the Restaurant Sales Manager will also be in charge of coaching and supporting the Host/GSA team in building the brand name in a professional manner, and be able to quickly resolve any issues that may arise.
:Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high volume (over 3m per year in sales) Full Service or Upscale Casual concept
:A stable work history : no more than two jobs in the previous five years
:Outstanding communication and multitasking skills: must have experience building new client sales and focus on satisfying our current customer base
:Strong leadership and organizational skills
:Hands:on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
:Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
:Restaurant manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P and Ls, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
