We now have a Licensed M.D. available that will establish the initial diagnosis and then write the MMJ recommendation (if you qualify), all in the same visit!!
*All patients are required to provide a copy of A Valid Colorado Photo ID or Driver's License.

No prior medical records are necessary. The Dr. is qualified to provide the original diagnosis and recommend the MMJ perscription in ONE office visit!
