Directions to the property: From Parker Az cross the bridge to Ca side. First street Rio Vista Dr go left for 8 miles on a paved road with views parallel to Colorado River. Go Right on Bobcat Tr for 0.2 Mi. Left on Crazy Horse Tr. This is a dirt road you need to follow until you see the Rail road less than a mile. Just one block from my property notice a sign Calzona. There are no street signs in the subdivision. You need to have a GPS to see the street names. Lots corners are staked but there is no sign with lot number. Electricity and water located aprox 0.5 mile from the subdivision. Most the desert area you need to drill 500-700 ft for the well water, was told by some people in this area you need to drill approx. 120 ft for the water. If you walk from Colorado River in a strait line to the property the distance is approx. one mile, since you need to go around with a vehicle the distance is approx. 1.5 mi.   Blue water Casino located few miles from the lot.

The property is located just east of the small Town of Big River and across the Colorado River from the Arizona towns of Parker to the west and Lake Havasu City to the north.
