2. What type of mortgage in on the property? Conventional, VA etc?
3. Is there a 2nd on the property?
4. Any type of liens on the property? Code violations? Debts? Etc.?
5. How much do you owe?
6. Behind on payments? How far behind?
7. Is the property in Pre-Foreclosure? In Full-Foreclosure?
8. Title insurance info. needed.
9. Is there a Short-Sale agreement in place?
10. Do you have any info. on the property owners BEFORE you?
11. Are you paying taxes & interest on vacant property?
12. Electrical, roofing, foundation or plumbing issues? (I need to know, but it's definitely NOT a deal-breaker)
13. Are you living in the property?
14. Do you have renters in the property?
15. Is the property single-family, multi-family, land, mobile home, apartment, commercial?
16. Is ANYONE ELSE on title besides you?
17. How much are you hoping to receive for the property?

If you decide to work with me, there MUST be an inspection, a partner walk-thru of the property and a short video/pictures taken of the property. I do my best to coordinate those visits on dates YOU prefer. I always try to schedule everyone on the same day, if possible, for your convince.
